Alumni AssociationDutch Alumni Association in Russia
On 24 September 2001 the Netherlands Minister for Foreign Trade, Mr. Gerrit Ybema, inaugurated the Dutch Alumni Association in Russia during a meeting in Moscow in the presence of some 200 alumni.
The association aims to provide a forum and a meeting place for alumni of institutions of higher learning in the Netherlands, their former lecturers and members of the Dutch (business) community in Russia. It furthermore should become a market place for new ideas as well as an opportunity for networking. Activities will include the organisation of seminars, conferences, meetings with visiting Dutch delegations as well as receptions. The association will be run entirely by Russian alumni in close co-operation with this Embassy. The association's language of communication is English.
Russian alumni of Dutch institutions are invited to become a member of the association by filling in and mailing an application form which is available
here. Further information may be obtained by mailing to the association's Board:

Besides this overarching alumni association, two smaller associations have been set up by the alumni of two specific training programmes:
the Netherlands-Russian Management Training Programme (NRMTP) and the
Russian-Dutch Marketing Retraining Programme (RIMA).
